My Lindus Dry cleaners experience today was great, the staff are always helpful and take care of my garment.

Worst dry cleaners in Sydney. Ruined a $300+ jacket that regularly goes through dry cleaning ( done elsewhere), visible signs of residue stains and somehow manages to leave an odour on the jacket after dry cleaning 🤔

Had really poor service from the place. used the red box service and asked them to call me before conducting the dry cleaning. They did this and quoted me $30.50 and offered to give me a free red bag and also drop in the 20% discount. The next day my credit card was charged $50.50. When I called to ask them about it, they mentioned that my skirts had too many frills etc and hence had to charge more - I told them that was the point of doing the call before doing the work! Agreed to provide a $15 gift card for next time. I went to pick it up from the red box at 10pm on a Monday and it gave me someone else's clothes - I re-attempted 3 times and was shocked by how easy it would be for someone else to grab my clothes and walked away empty handed. When I called about this, the guy kept going 'I already told, I already resolved this, I tried the machine it works fine for me and I don't know why it didn't work for you'. It was just poor service all up. I just want my garments and that 15 dollars back and I won't be going back to them.

Been to the previous owner they were nice. But the new shop cleaning curtain will charge 20 dollars.

Definitely NOT returning.
Was charged more than the quote when I went to pick it up. I didn't want to make a scene so I just paid the extra but that's ridiculous.
