Do not deal with Liquorkart Australia! If I stop even one person from having to lose their money and time dealing with this company then this review will be worthwhile.

I purchased a single bottle of bitters from LiquorKart through MyDeal. LiquorKart is a marketplace seller through their platform.

The first poor experience was that I received a tracking number for the delivery which after several days, did not work. I've since read other reviews on here and it seems this is common practise with this company. After following up with their support I was advised there was a mistake on their end and they would rectify the next day urgently. Two days passed before any action was taken but I did finally receive a working tracking number. It took a total of 11 days to receive one small bottle within the same city.

The next poor experience was upon opening the box I saw that the bottle was very poorly packed. The GLASS bottle was literally put on the base of the box with zero protection whatsoever. There were two large pieces of scrunched up cardboard paper on top of the bottle (why you wouldn't at least place the bottle between these two is beyond me!). Anyway, without much surprise I noticed the bottle was leaking all over the bottle label and after removing the top seal the glass thread was cracked. You can't ship a glass bottle without protection, it's just common sense.

I reported this immediately to Liquorkart and have since been given the complete runaround saying they're opening a dispute with Aramex as it's a shipping issue. It's not a shipping issue, it's a packaging issue.

I've also since been told that they suspect the bottle could also have been damaged post delivery..... essentially blaming me. They will only take action once a 'supposed' investigation into the matter is completed.

Basically this company will not ship by the proposed times, they will not package your items with any care and then they will take zero responsibility to solve anything if something does go wrong.

Will never purchase from Liquirkart Australia again.

I haven't been able to get Royal Jamaican Ginger beer anywhere since Covid hit. This is the only supplier I have seen that's had it in the last 2 years.
Reasonably priced and super fast delivery too.
Highly recommend!
