In my profession my goal is all about offering many variations of classes to all levels of fitness. The clients have a choice of levels such as beginners, intermediates or advanced in varying styles of exercise. The classes offer an extensive range of exercises performed with bodyweight, dumbbells, barbells, footballs and steps. It challenges the body in aerobic, anaerobic, strength, balance and flexibility systems in the body.
