Over the years the Doctors and staff at this practice have always shown me care and their professionalism is beyond anywhere else I have attended. Well run & you do feel cared for!

I attended the clinic while passing through over the long weekend with my elderly father. We found the staff and Dr Harmen extremly professional and curtious. If we lived locally we would be attending this clinic full time! Great service!

Horrible customer service. I had a woman named Jan hang up on me while trying to make an appointment for my partner. Will not return. Plenty of other doctors with well mannered staff in town.

Doctors are very good but reception staff are quite rude and not friendly at all. Not customer friendly at all.Time to clean house.

Booked my appointment for 3:00 and it's now 4:15 and still in the waiting room.

Great service and staff, poor mobile reception with Optus but they do provide free WIFI wich is great. Wait times can vary but that's to be expected. Ring ahead and book in and its not to bad.

Terrible wait times - over an hour for an appointment in the middle of a weekday. Staff told me '15 minutes' on arrival. When I did get into my appointment though the doctor was friendly and proficient.
