I have such a terrible experience here. The hairdresser barely listened to my requests and cut my hair short and uneven which I had to get fixed immediately elsewhere. The customer service is also horrible. Every time I have walked in here, I feel unwelcomed and judged. I can compliment the salon itself for being beautifully designed. Otherwise there is nothing else enjoyable about this place.
The team is lovely & the service is fantastic. You’re taken care of and it’s a great price. Their books fill up quickly which shows the good quality service, would definitely recommend.
