Little Scribblers Family Day Care operates under Sutherland Shire Council's quality Family Day Care scheme.

My vision to commence my own Family Day Care service started after the birth of my three beautiful children. I developed a strong interest and passion for the early education & care sector, and Little Scribblers Family Day Care began.

About my service
My quality service offers a flexible, secure and a safe early education and care environment. Our environment is very warm and nurturing.

On a daily basis we offer plenty of play and learning activities for the children to stimulate their minds and with a balance of physical activity as well to build on their development. Different activities are set up according to the children's developmental milestones and current interests.

A daily summary is provided to parents, along with photos highlighting special moments of the day. During the year we also provide developmental records indicating your child's progress and milestone achievements for their age.

About my facilities
My service offers a beautiful indoor room with many play and educational resources for the children's growth and learning. We set up varied activities on a daily basis which reflect the children's current developmental milestones and interests such as dramatic play, role and creative play such as hairdressers and restaurants, art activities, science and discovery play, literacy resources including plenty of books and puzzles, blocks and toys appropriate for all ages.

Our large deck area is used all year round. The lovely large grassed backyard allows the children to participate in group or individual play and exploration within a safe, well fenced and private setting. Our plentiful outdoor activities keep the children active and fit. There is also a lovely old mulberry tree which provides lots of shade in the warmer months.
