LIVE FIT THRIVE started as a personal training business for new mums, that I launched when my daughter was 5 months old. Now she's 2 1 /2 years old, LIVE FIT THRIVE has evolved, much like we have in that time!

I'm still a personal trainer and passionate about wellness which has lead me to discover doTERRA essential oils; their amazing qualities and incredibly diverse uses. My exposure to these awesome little bottles of goodness has given me the passion to educate & empower as many other people as possible, to either start to use oils or to introduce them to more ways that they can use them in their lives.
