LiveFit Training will hold its FIRST female group fitness class on the 5th of February, 2018 . All classes will run out of Cronulla RSL in the Sunroom.
Sweating, laughing & training hard all whilst taking in the stunning views of South Cronulla Beach. . . . YES PLEASE!

LiveFit Training classes focus on empowering women through positivity, giving them the confidence to feel comfortable in their own skin no matter their shape, size or fitness level. Female based classes allow women to feel comfortable exercising at their own pace and building upon their general fitness ability without a competitive and intimidating environment.

Exercise is more than just losing weight, toning up, strict dieting or physical transformation challenges, RATHER creating healthy habits for life. Alicia (Owner /Trainer) strongly believes exercise should be a part of everyone’s daily routine for more than just a purpose of getting the 'perfect' bikini body. Looking good, looks different on each individual; we are all beautiful & imperfectly perfect in our own way. It is recognising that we must exercise because we LOVE what our mind and body are capable of achieving, rather than exercising because we dislike what we see in the mirror.

Alicia hopes to create a supportive & friendly environment which aims to uplift the female spirit, foster self-worth, help you to stay motivated, build self-confidence and improve the general health & wellbeing of females.

Our Classes:
Functional Fit: Functional training aims to mimic everyday movement allowing daily tasks to be performed with greater ease whilst minimising risk of injury. Incorporating mainly bodyweight & light weight exercises using equipment like kettlebells, dumbbells, mat work, skipping ropes, plyometrics & resistance bands.
BoxFit: a boxing styled class with the use of pads & gloves with bodyweight exercises in between. Great for women to build strength, improve cardiovascular endurance, relieve stress, improve balance & build confidence!
MixFit: A combination of both classes. Half the class will be boxing, half will be bodyweight /light strength functional training.

Class times:
Monday 6 & 7am - Functional Fit (light strength /circuit)
Wednesday 6 & 7am - Boxfit (Pads & Gloves)
Friday 6am - Functional Fit (light strength /circuit)
Saturday 7am - Fitmix (combo of both class styles)
