Rubbish. Bought a Pathfinder from them and took it back for the first service. The checklist included making sure windows operated - which they signed off as being done...however, I'd brought it back specifically because the windows didn't work. They didn't fix anything they were supposed to, had me waiting around for hours. The salesman offered me a discount on a towbar (supply and fit at $1200) to make up for the inconvenience. I had one fitted for $980 at another Nissan dealer that wasn't trying to screw me. Never been back and never will. Another dealer now has had all the service work and next car purchase.

They took $500 refundable deposit from me and my friend. We cancelled our deal day after 3rd July 2017.Their salesman said "you will get money back as cheque in 7 to 10 business days but now it's already 24 days and still not getting that money back." I called them but still they are giving excuse means lying everytime. Please, be careful if anybody dealing with them.

Only giving 1 star because i can't give 0. We were previous customers so expected to be treated as such. Unfortunately it wasn't the case. The salesman gave me his 'best price' by going to the nissan website on his phone and quoting the RRP. He wouldn't budge from the RRP even though they supposedly were having a massive sale. I waited 2 hours for them to value my trade in at $3k. I went to Peter Warren the next day and they gave me $12k for my trade in within 10 minutes and were willing to negotiate a price. Don't waste your time at Liverpool Nissan, go somewhere else.

Nothing but problems from the moment I picked my car up at Liverpool Nissan, The car wasn't ready they had forgotten to put side steps on and had roof racks on backwards... radio needed to be replaced and 12 months later I find out the rear window of our NEW car had been replaced and done incorrectly and we have had water entering the cabin for over a year! Liverpool nissan are a horrible team to deal with!

First we were looking for Holden Captiva then we had a look at Nissan Pathfinder. The Pathfinder was spacious then Captiva so we end up with Nissan Pathfinder. It is a very good car!!!!!!!!

had the best experience with them, they put on so much effort making sure I would come out of Nissan with a car, they understood my circumstance and knew how important it was for me to get a car, it was a long process but totally worth it. Ended up with the Hyundai i30, absolutely love the car.

Where do I start? Well we went in to look at a Navara that was advertised and liked it. We were trading in a car but also asked the salesman if it sold before we got the car is that ok? He replied as long as we get the deposit no worries. We had run out of time to apply for finance as we had to pick up our daughter from school. Went back the next day, saw another finance person to the one we did the day before that did a capacity test was not in. Now the finance person took details and then rushed us out as they had other people to see. I found that wrong, as they should have applied for the finance in front of us. Not left it to later that day or the next day as I was told. Then once it was in we had to wait apparently till Monday to find out at this point it was Thursday. So went in on Friday as we wanted to know what was happening because there was other cars to apply for if it wasn't approved. Then was told what do you want we are busy dealership, this was by the sales person that served us. This was the first problem. Then found out it was approved on the Friday. Was happy and then just waiting to have the hard cover arrive. In the mean time the trade in sold so I called the salesman to let him know. He was replied rudely saying well the trade in was a big part of the deal and we need it. I replied you said it was fine as long as you got the deposit (which I might add was an extra $1000 to what trade in was). He then replied yeah I just said that to close the deal. Now at that point my blood was boiling and I replied that's not my problem, you said it was fine as long as you received the deposit. Then he said he would have to check with the manager to what I said you can tell him to call me. After that point we had just been so unhappy and stressed about purchasing a new car. Then comes the time the hard cover arrived. I said great! And as I had an appointment on Thursday which was meant to be pick up I said I'll come in Friday morning to which I was told that would be great to give them an extra day. Then Thursday evening I had a call saying they had been trying all day to call (which they knew I don't have mobile reception where i live but never tried the home phone) and then proceeded to tell me it won't be available till 4pm to pick up. Now they knew I couldn't make it that late as my driver had to leave and also my special needs son gets dropped home between 3:45/4pm. They had 3 days to finish the car which obviously they worried about other clients and not us. I wasn't happy one bit and refused to deal with that salesman again. Then Friday morning I get a call saying they can drop it off to me. Now first off it's a brand new car I don't want anyone else driving it (as people don't care about others property) and secondly why should we be deprived of being able to pick up and drive off in a brand new car?! It was problem after problem. The salesman was happy to make the deal but that's were the buck stopped! I will never return to Liverpool Nissan again and nor would I recommend it. And if I could have I would of given 0 for the stars.

Over 3 hours to fit 2 tyres. Cannot do a wheel alignment on site as do not have the equipment. Customer Service representative was not the most approachable person in the world. No updates provided. Your vehicle comes second to their smoko and lunch break. Will never be back. As I type this. My car is sitting there whilst they all have a BBQ. It's a great look I have to say.
