I was always scared to fix my teeth as I was afraid of the pain but the lady's here are amazing 😍They go above and beyond what is required from them!!! And they are very accommodating becouse I travel and I can ring and they will always fit me no matter what!! I couldn't recommend this orthodontics more!!! And I'm so happy with the results!

Half way through my invisalign treatment and very happy so far. Looking foward to seeing my final results . No one notices I am wearing aligners and its great that I don't feel self conscious.
The ladies at liverpool orthodontics have always been helpful and full of advise.
Appointments are booked in advance and the reminders are good for busy people like me!

Was very pleased at the start with initial consultations and scans and flexibility of plans.
Unfortunately after beginning treatment it was impossible to find a suitable appointment time and I had an encounter with one of the staff members (not the receptionists they're great) where I noticed I was missing my next invisalign set and she wouldn't let me pick them up without booking an appointment, and I had exams around that time. She was extremely rude to me on the phone and that put me off. Furthermore, there's no follow up or anything whatsoever, it's a bit disheartening to book an appointment, wait 30min at least to get in only to walk out after 5 min exactly.

The orthodontists and receptionists are great, apart from that the rest of the team i'm not comfortable with. It's disappointing to pay so much and not even receive some good customer service.

Dr Eva Low and her team have been wonderful and friendly throughout my experience. All appointments are on time and I am satisfied with their service and highly recommend it.

Can not thank this business enough! This place has changed my life literally and my confidence now sky rockets. Always a pleasure visiting Liverpool Orthodontics, amazing staff! I highly recommend them when choosing where you want to get your PERFECT smile from :)
