Lizotte'S Newcastle

Last night at Lizotte's was huge. A packed house for Albert Lee...who Eric Clapton calls the best guitarist in the world. The room full of real music fans including some of the sensational crew from Bob Dylan who is playing tonight at the Entertainment Centre. Life couldn't be better.

We were so thrilled to see the sensational Morgan Evans has the No 1 song on the US Country chart. Congratulations to Morgan but we are not surprised, we knew years ago that it was only a matter of time. Went to the Killer Queen Show on Sunday night, told to be there for meal at 6.30 pm, show did not start till 9pm, they played about 50 mins and had about 20min break and played about another 30 mins.



Saw the same show last year and it was much better, the singer needs to buy some new tshirts under his costume and he seemed to wear a corset to hold in his stomach for some reason as it was quite obvious under his clothing.



Very disappointed this year.



Food is excellent.



Service a bit slow. Otherwise great venue.
