Individual Records to track your progress and improvement with comments

Depending on the individual effort and understanding, students can have good self defense skills in 9 to 12 months (Recommend a 3 months trial period). In the 1st year, students will learn the first Wing Chun form to develop foundation for internal or short range striking power.

Students under 18 must be accompanied by another adult (Class A -Personal Training) or train together (Class B -Family & Friends).

All students should be mature, respectful and have a desire to learn Wing Chun
