Lollipops Playland And Cafe

My son loves it here. It's just frustrating that on occasion he gets pushed over by older kids that are playing in the baby area. There is never any staff policing it.

Very disappointing experience today at Lollipops Penrith. My little boy went on the teacup rides and while it started off at a fairly slow pace, the attendant kept pushing the cups so they were spinning at a very fast pace. Within seconds I could see my little boy struggling with the motion and his head was actually flying back. We yelled out for the ride to be stopped but the attendant didn't appear to hear! We called out again and by this point my son had slipped down into the cup where his head repeatedly hit the seat and he was incredibly dizzy. I ran in and grabbed him out- it was very upsetting. This ride needs to be better supervised AND needs to be more slow if small children are permitted to ride it. Admittedly I should probably not have allowed my son to ride, but not once did the attendant ask his age or consider his height. Will never visit this dangerous, overpriced venue again!

Never been there before but for a birthday party. Great place. Clean. Awesome staff and heaps of fun for kids!

Private venue hire for my son's birthday party. Staff was very friendly & helpful. Our party host Kelly was awesome with the kids. The only reason why I rated 4 stars instead of 5 is because I think 30 mins to set up everything is not enough time, especially hiring out the whole place.

Play land itself was great, would of been fantastic is the older kids weren't allowed in the baby play area, my 2 little ones kept getting knocked over by 7+yr olds.

Relax while the kids enjoy themselves.....good for children from 12 months onwards...or if they can toddle/walk...has a cafe inside also which serves coffee, hot food, snacks, ice blocks etc...plenty of tables for the adults to sit at while the kids enjoy themselves

Good place to keep the littlies occupied for an hour or two. Good price.

We hired the whole place out for a private event for my sons 5th birthday and absolutely loved it!! The staff were amazing and so friendly. The party hosts was awesome. All the kids had a blast. Would defiantly recommend lollipops Penrith to everyone.

For such a popular and busy playground it's a shame how poor the service is.
First, it's very overpriced. Charging a family of 4 $40 for entry is redicilous. The free coffee size has changed to pretty much a shot glass.
Bathrooms are dirty and tables are not regularly cleaned.
Understaffed, waited a long time to leave because there was no staff at the front and no one was to be seen around.
Air con not working on hot days, kids are overheating and sweaty.
This place has so much potential with the right management.
