Lollipops Playland Parramatta

I just have to say that Leila had a awesome time celebrating her 5yh birthday at Lollipops Rosehill. The staff were more than awesome with great customer service and delicious food, would highly recommend have your parties at Lollipops Rosehill.

We had our daughters 3rd birthday here and it was amazing. This centre is one of the cleanest playcentre I have been to. It was a nice bright open space and the food was so delicious. The staff was friendly and professional. Our guest was very happy.

I had no idea there was a playland so close to home and had been heading to monkey mania before lollipops,
Will definitely be coming to Lollipops from now very good security for the kids they can't just walk out, very clean and hygenic also notice hand sanitisers in place and equipment in great condition, very nice staff and owner feeling very happy with this experience and my son is stoked ;)

Worst place in entire australia. I don't know why they hire rude Indian reception who has no sense of talking people. Front desk lady is so rude being with the kid she doesn't allow a valid ticket which mentioned event time was till 8 pm but she didn't allow at 7:10pm. Despite the kid was so eager to get it and she saw that but heartless lady didn't admit even for 30 mins of the valid ticket. She was the gatekeeper and told me that Shen is not the right person to talk. It was so unprofessional lollipop should have staff trained first for being polite. This leave a deep impression on my mind and I will never visit this or their other branches in my life. This is the incident of Rosehill Lollipop. Front desk lady was so unkind and I have never seen such people in Australia how immigration people are allowing even leering such ridiculous people in this beautiful country with all kind people. I rate lollipop -5* unfortunately this is not an option.

I like it. The playgrounds provide adequate fixtures for all ages, and the small sea playground is resplendent for youngsters. Birthday rooms are fun and fantastic. However, it is blazing hot and the cafe is quite expensive.

I'm actually only writing this post as I read Sang Lee's comment and I'm rather disgusted.
In my experiences with the staff at lollipops parramatta they have always been professional and wonderful with my children and all other children in the centre.

I always recommend this centre to my friends.

The staff member you have criticised publicly always goes above and beyond to help the kids so they have the best time possible while in the centre. She is helpful and by far a huge asset to lollipops. I honestly think if you had a problem with the way things were handled you could have spoken to the owner rather than post this on the internet.

HOWEVER... in saying that..

I also will mention I was in the centre when this happened playing happily with my children and watched this whole situation unfold. Maybe if you were paying attention you would have noticed how upset your child was when he couldn't find you.
Alana had called over the loud speaker many times looking for you and was walking around with your distressed child. This is actually NOT their job. It is your job as a parent to supervise YOUR child and not to be sitting on the phone (probably writing negative reviews or on Facebook) relying on your child to be supervised by lollipops staff. Your child, your responsibility.
When you go to a play centre - your children still need YOUR supervision.

I love love love this place and will continue to go there until my children are too old. After that I'll borrow other people's kids to go there 😂 The food is amazing and is not your typical play centre fast food. I went to a part a few weeks ago at monkey mania and the food was TERRIBLE. The centre was disgusting. When I come to lollipops it's always CLEAN and we always have the BEST time.

Good location and friendly staff except one staff named 'Alana' who's got no respect for parents with bad attitude. Shame one staff can ruin the good image of the company which is supposed to be family friendly. Loved mini rock climbing experience!

Good place for kids, parking is an issue. Average food.
Jungle Buddies five dock is better than this place.

Great friendly staff, a bit small compared to other places. But still very enjoyable for the kids and for parents to relax
