What a gem of a place!!!. I have been to many alterations In the past and have been left disappointed & overcharged. I run a business and need constant upkeep of certain garments, and was so delighted to come across such a well run business with amazing staff who generally care about your concerns & are highly trained.
I have never had a bad experience and am always completely satisfied with my service & quality of altered clothing.
Thankyou to the staff and in particular the young girl Emily who services me regularly with my garments. You never disappoint.

Have used Look Smart many times over the last few months. They always accommodate any garment that I take to them, no matter how difficult or fiddly. Didn't do the job properly and staff was rude to me. So disappointed with how she treated me and how she made my dress looks cheap and very not even, I always go there but after several faulty, I am not going back there again grrrrr and also I paid a lot of money, rip off

I needed a dress altered and zipper changed for a wedding. I found these guys and from the moment I walked in the store I felt trust and comfort. They did everything in their power to make sure that i was walking out happy. Their politeness, enthusiasm and care was incredible! I definetly recommend for anyone to go in for any alterations as you will walk out over the moon from their work.

I was quoted $340 to have a bridesmaid dress altered, which seems crazy to me - it was nothing drastic, I only needed the hem and sleeves shortened, turns out I was right to walk away from this place, as the alteration place in edgecliff did a wonderful job for a third of the cost...Stay away!

This is THE BEST alterations shop in Sydney. There is nothing these people cannot do. I had so many of my garments altered, make them bigger, smaller, shorter, longer and they look perfect. When I buy clothes now I just buy what I like and I don't care if it is one size too small. Yen and the team can fix it for you. And the friendly team of staff are all polite, kind and nice. Highly recommended!!
