I bought a pair of Amy tights online when they were on sale and was double charged. They apologised and admitted they had a fault with their billing system that day when I rang up after their system locked up and they assured me I would not be double charged but I was double charge. I provided proof (credit card statement) and they said they refunded it on their system but there was NO refund at my end on the date they said they refunded it. I triple checked my statement and bank details and WAS NOT REFUNDED. After several emails and phone calls with lots of time wasted getting nowhere they cut me short and could not wait to get rid of me on the phone denying their error and refusing to listen to me saying "I'm wrong". I definately am not wrong and refuse to buy anything further from this company because of their terrible customer service and experience. Shame because I own my own fitness studio and a full time personal trainer and have purchased thousands of dollars worth of items over the years but wont be purchasing from this company anymore. Will be taking my business elsewhere.

The staff are so nice and friendly. They don't pressure you to buy things and aren't judgmental if you try on a billion things and buy only a few.
