Lorne Havenstein is a lawyer who established his own boutique practice in Manly on Sydney’s Northern Beaches. His office is conveniently located on The Corso in Manly.

The breakdown of a relationship can be very stressful for everyone involved, especially for children. If you are separating from your partner, there are some important decisions to be made. Lorne understands the emotional trauma that you are facing during this difficult time and aims to guide you through to a resolution of your disputes.

Lorne was admitted to the Supreme Court of NSW and the High Court of Australia in 2012 after completing the NSW Legal Profession Admission Board (LPAB). Prior to establishing his own practice Lorne was employed in the Sydney CBD in major and mid-tier law firms acting on complex litigation.

Since commencing his own legal practice, Lorne has acted for individuals in complex litigation in the Hight Court of Australia, Family Court of Australia, the Federal Circuit Court and Supreme Court of NSW.

Lorne is a member of the NSW Law Society and the Family Law Section of the Law Council of Australia.

Outside of his practice, Lorne enjoys spending time with his wife and three young children with whom he lives on the Northern Beaches.
