[TURN IT UP THURSDAY] I'm Mina and I was always tired and stuggled to make it through the day without a nap. I was struggling with my weight and couldn't lose the excess kgs no matter what and as a type 1 diabetic for over 20 years my doctors classified it as uncontrolled. After starting on a sustainable nutrition program alongside my exercise I noticed a massive gain in energy. I was able to easily drop 15kgs and 11% body fat and I found my Bloodsugar levels were much easier to control and under the advice of my doctors reduced my insulin intake by 30-35%.
