Pregnancy Massage - supporting your body while you carry your baby is essential. Pregnancy massage relieves overworked muscles, as well as facilitating relaxation and general well being. These treatments are done side lying for the health of your baby

Aromatherapy - beautiful oils chosen just for you are blended to create the perfect aromatic journey during your treatment. Aromatherapy takes you to a whole different level.

Reflexology - an amazing treatment based on Eastern philosophies. This allows the entire body to be treated just from pressure on the feet. If you suffer from digestive troubles, headaches, high stress levels or sinus problems this is definitely worth a try. Reflexology can be incorporated into a massage as well.

Doula Services - A doula is a birth assistant, with a difference. Based on the evidence that women birth better in a supported environment with trusted women, having a doula can improve your journey immensely. A doula can help you to create the birth you really want, whatever that looks like for you. This is done by providing support, education, knowledge and a love for birth.
Doula services include 2 antenatal consultations, on call support for a 4 week period around your due date, support during labour and birth, and 2 post natal visits. This service includes hospital, birth centre and home births.
