Lounge Suite Warehouse (Permanently Closed)

I brought a lounge in Jan with a delivery date early feb while the lounge was delivered the corner lounge I brought will not lock in together I phone Leo the owner he said he would call after a week he sent someone out only for them to not fix the lounge
I was told he would get back to me I have tried several times to get in contact and have not been able to ( email phone and txt message)
By the sound of some of the reviews I am lucky to of received my lounge

I purchased an Australian made lounge from these guys 14 years ago and it was excellent... I just updated with a $4500 replacement lounge and despite being told it was Australian made, it arrived wrapped/labelled as 'Made in China' it has lasted just 10 months before the frame snapped beneath us and the company LSW has not honored the warranty. They keep making appointments to attend/fix it and never turn up, don't return calls and are just all round BAD !

I have been shopping with Lounge Suite warehouse for the last 10 years and I have always found them to be the most helpful sales people I have ever had, their lounges are the best quality around, and the selection is huge, highly recommended, a truly wonderful place to shop. Anne
