Life is both beautiful and challenging. Within each of us is the ability to live our dreams, to enjoy the abundance of love and everything good life can bring. There are times however when grief and loss strikes without notice. We don't need to be alone, help from family, friends and social network can help ease the pain. Personally, grief and loss had affected me when we lost our only child, I got retrenched from well paying jobs and this cycle of challenges prompted me to get a post graduate degree in counselling and will be finishing my masters in Counselling and
Psychotherapy. Let me help you move on with life, dare to dream and achieve your life goals and aspirations.

This is a page for healing, loving, caring, forgiving, laughing, wishing and doing good for others. Life is meant to be beautiful and fulfilling but realities show even during conception life is already an endless struggle inorder to win the game, but winning is not everything in life. Sometimes when we watch from the sidelines we see the beauty, the higher level of our consciousness emerges. To accept both the negative and positive aspects of life is the way to move on and take action on where and what we want to become. . . never ending journey and along the way we find fellow travellers of all kinds, some friendly and helpful, other meant to make our journey more challenging but no matter what if we take action from our heart space of sincere love and appreciation, our hearts, mind, body and spirit, the Universal mind, called God by many comes what joy, worthwhile challenge to be in alignment and state of bliss. . . only we ourselves can deeply know.
