Was very excited to place an order for my daughter's 1st birthday outfit which as many of you will agree is special. I placed the order online and filled in all required fields and with extra notes clarifying colours, name to be printed etc. Product arrived and at $53 was not what i ordered. I immediately contacted seller and thats when the e mail back and forth began. I was indirectly called a liar and my ability at ordering online she also questioned..... at 36 years old i cant say ive ever had a problem before. Seller was extremly rude and unhelpful. I even said i would post product back at my expense bit was told as a small business she couldn't afford to send a replacement. In the midst of all this she removed me from her facebook page not allowing me to review her product. I believe as a business both positive and negative feedback should be welcomed.
All i wanted was the colour theme i ordered and paid for. My daughters party is lavender and pink and the smash cake and invitations and decorations all brought. Shame her outfit wont match.
Very saddened and disappointed with the product but more how i was spoken too in e mails and lack of compassion.
