Very poor at returning phone calls. Both times I have called they were unable to help and told me they would call back. I had to call them on both times again. Very poor customer service

This is the second year I have ordered firewood from Lower Blue Mountains Landscape Supplies. Their service from order placement to delivery is excellent. The firewood is dry and well seasoned and burns long and hot. I have used a number of suppliers over the years but now I have a supplier whose product is great and is reasonably priced.

Recently ordered a truckload of sandstone and mulch from Lower Mountains. The stone was absolutely beautiful. Can't thank Chris and the people at Lower Mountains enough for their help - they definitely go above and beyond, and will do everything they can to help out. Brilliant business. Have been buying from them for years, and will continue for many years to come.
