I love Luci's, the staff are so lovely and always chatty. I come here every morning for my coffee to start off my day and my family and I order deliveries for dinner probably more often than we should but the kids love it and so do I. Thanks girls xx

i come to lucy a few time the chips arent bad the service is great but i think it to much for hot chips when you can get chips elseswhere for the same price the other a few days ago scallops were over cook and wasnt best scallops i had had better elsewhere

Chip servings are pathetically tiny in comparison to any other takeaway in the surrounding areas. $5 chips at any other takeaway will get you 3 times as much as you get at Luci's.

We embraced the new owners as we were regular customers. After the first home delivery guy dropped our food and the second home delivery was like it had been through the microwave 4 times as it was so dry and tough, we called to let them know. We did not ask for anything other than acknowledgement. We got "what do you want me to do about it". So we thought third time lucky and placed another order. We asked it to be read back to us (which we always do) and it was wrong, so corrected it, then mentioned that we have had these problems and will be thoroughly checking before handing over payment. 5 minutes later the manager/owner called and advised we will not be having pizza delivered to us (basically, from what we can gather its because we have complained too much). Tried to say we were rude to the staff but we were not and have witnesses to confirm that. It is sad that constructive feedback about substandard food has not been taken well or in the manner with which it was intended. We will not be giving our money to this business again; it was too expensive and we will be letting our friends in the community know about our experience.
