Just wanted to pass on my gratitude to this florist. Being in need of flowers for a housewarming function nearby, I called Lucy's as I was leaving work. The person answering was friendly and offered to prepare a lovely bunch for me to pick up on my way past. Unfortunately, traffic was especially bad returning from the city and I was running quite late. To my surprise, the florist was happy to stay past their closing time, until I had arrived - phew and very happy customer I was!

Lucy's Florist was beyond my expectations! Living interstate, I used the online ordering system to order flowers for my Sister who had just recently moved to Sydney and it was delivered super fast, was easily ordered and their work was breathtaking and beautiful. Wanted some nice Christmas flowers for my Mum in Sydney as I am in Old. Googled a nearby florist and came up with Lucy's. They offered to deliver Christmas Eve but I said Friday fine. My Mum telephoned me this morning in tears. She LOVES the flower arrangement. Said it is the most beautiful and unusual arrangement she had ever seen. She actually became teary about it which made me feel so good. My Mum and sister couldn't believe the quality and uniqueness that all went so well together. Thank you so much Lucy's. Lucy's florist went above and beyond for a delivery for my friend. They ensured delivery despite a hiccup that was out of their control. I loved their support, especially as I'm overseas. Very prompt, courteous and helpful. I'll definitely use them again.

I ordered a tulip arrangement on Friday evening for delivery on Saturday morning - not expecting for them really to be delivered until the afternoon. However, was pleasantly surprised when the order confirmation came through and they were delivered first thing in the morning! Pretty impressed and flowers were great when I went to visit later that day. Would recommend!
