My control panel and front interior was not cleaned at all after the $45?$49? Deluxe wash deal. Had to go back to have it done properly. And my car body ended up with millions scratches after it as well. Worst one ever I've been so far.
Excellent car wash, friendly staff, good coffee, and reasonable price. Best in the area!
Car wash is good, and cheap. Must admit, the cakes in the cafe keep me going back. They're outstanding
I personally didn't find the service as expected and as reviewed by others. Did a deluxe wash and engine bay cleaning but there were couple of big stains leftover and watermarks all around. And the car was not even waxed or shined, I had to do it myself at home. Though the lady was so nice and generous, appreciate her courtesy. And one more thing I didn't liked was I was waiting in cafe and my car was done like 20,25 mins ago, but noone informed me and car key was hanging in cafe's wall. I went myself to ask later, then they told me it was already done and parked on street. People should be informed once their car was done, don't let others keep waiting there.
Anyways, may not go back again next time.
This is a great car wash. Well priced and they do a thorough job. The cafe has great coffee and a variety of quality food items. I would like to see them employ a few more workers at the car wash, as the wait times can be lengthy if there are more than a couple of cars.
Staff are beyond lovely, they serve good food and the car wash is always immaculate!

Bad service bad management
Got the deluxe wash for a 4WD. Still bird poo on the car here and there. After pointing it out they just got a cloth to wipe it off without apologising. Still found more marks that haven't been cleaned properly around the car after a good look. Inside wasn't vacuum properly either. Had a few pieces of popcorns left under the seat. Left light scratches on my brand new car as well. Dust on dash. After I've complained the boss just said to me to get a detail wash next time which will cost me like$125 so it will be a better job done... Really.. Ps. They sprayed the tyre shine on exterior of my tyres as well, left the spray mark on the outside plastic. Would never go back there again. Would not recommend either.
The reviews don't lie. Why no one else seems able to offer quality like these guys, I don't know. But I'd drive past 10 other car washes to get to this one (Actually I think I do!)
