Lynda is an award winner. She has been in the Motivation, Health, Fitness, Sport and Recreation for 30 years. She won an "Outstanding Foreign Student Award" while completing her Masters Degree at the University of Oregon. On returning to Australia, she spent four years in pioneering the move to bring the community into the Universities with exciting recreation planning and programming. Lynda then moved on to open the innovative, world recognised, community Activities Department of the Royal North Shore Hospital of Sydney. Her dedication, innovation and enthusiasm was rewarded with an "Outstanding Young Australian Award". She introduced natural health and personal development programs to this teaching hospital The department is now 24 years old and still serving the community.

She has gained an excellent reputation as an enthusiastic and motivating guest speaker throughout Australia and the world. She was recognised for her efforts by the World Leisure Association as a "Life Member".

As a motivator, Lynda encourages people to enhance their own abilities. Her teacher training workshops were becoming so popular she felt the need to open her own business and work full time on Training the Trainer in Motivation, Natural Health, Fitness, Recreation & Aquafitness. She researched personal development and natural health options for many years.

She views her own continuing education as paramount to her validity in the future and has attended numerous national and international health, fitness, recreation, aquafitness and personal development conventions to update her own knowledge. In the process she overcame the debilitating disease of Lupus.

In just twelve years of running her own business she has achieved remarkable feats. .

She has produced four Aquatic & Gentle Exercise and Health Training Videos. These videos have been accepted throughout the world. Keeping her finger on the pulse, she has also designed numerous teaching workshops for instructors and has taken her workshops throughout Australia, New Zealand, USA and Hong Kong, China, Malaysia and Singapore. Her first personal development DVD has just been completed.

In January 1994 Lynda organised and held the FIRST INTERNATIONAL AQUA- FITNESS CONVENTION AND TRADE SHOW in Sydney. The 2ND INTERNATIONAL AQUAFITNESS & GENTLE EXERCISE CONVENTION was held, by popular demand, in April 1996. The Australian Fitness Advisory Council has chosen Lynda as a recognised and accredited trainer of trainers. Her International achievements include the gaining of her AEA Certification in the USA in May 1994 and her International Presenters opportunities in New Zealand in 1994 & 1995 and the USA in May 1995. She has also recently lectured in China and Taiwan in 2001, Malaysia and Singapore in 2003 and the Philippines in 2004.

Her heart was with Australian instructors first. She presently presents popular Natural Health Workshops on The ABC’s of Nutrition, Hormones and Health and Anti-Aging and Life Extension, Understanding and overcoming Immune Diseases, and Healthy Bones for All throughout Australia and Asia.

Lynda's marketing prowess for the personal development and health & fitness industry is evident in numerous newspaper, television, radio and national high profile magazines.

It was through her lecturing at TAFE and Universities in 16 subjects that she could see how powerful the personal development programs were. The results gained by her students were overwhelming. The Prison System embraced her teaching also with amazing results. It was the students that encouraged her to take on personal development public speaking and corporate training as a full time role.

The year 2000 saw Lynda’s popularity as a Natural Health and Personal Development facilitator blossom on DVD with her working Doctor partner. They have sold over 4, 000 DVD’s and 1, 000 audios.

In 2002 Lynda was asked by BOB PROCTOR to become a facilitator of his world renown Life Success Personal Development Programs. With her passion and experience she was voted the most popular facilitator, both in Australia and overseas. In 2003 she founded “Mind Power Global” and in two short years lectured for businesses and individuals throughout the world. In 2005 she became certified in NLP, Time Line Therapy and Hypnotherapy and ads these qualities to her already popular seminars.
