Rob started out in the AV industry over 15 years ago. Following on from working in the electrical & telecommunications industry, Rob applied for a role as an Installer at one of Sydney's most prestigious Audio Visual Companies. There the journey began. Instantly, he found his niche, you know, your calling – the thing you were meant to do. Loving his job, hungry for knowledge in an ever evolving industry, quickly moving up the ‘ladder' to Senior Installer, Project Manager, Custom Manager, Maintenance Manager and finally Operations Manager. All the while, helping build someone else's dream. With a fire inside, it was time to start building his own dream. In 2012 Mac AV was born. The dream has always been to provide the best possible customer service. Simple. Give customers what they want, what they desire. Help them to realise their Audio Visual vision. Guide them on what best suits their needs, space and budget. Never oversell. Do the impossible, do the jobs that others say cannot be done. Challenge yourself every day. Make a difference.
