Mac Centre

Amazingly bad service, organised a time to get PowerBook serviced which seemed to have been conpromised, was told within 5 minutes to call service number to review and told preview screen was a legitimate security website. Second mac service centre confirmed mac had been compromised and an additional service and reset would be needed. General service was highly indifferent and deferred, would not recommend this store to anyone, complete waste of time in providing any level of service or follow up.

bad service, do not understand why apple give them the franchise, tried to get more money from me. Went to the apple shop much better.

I've had 2 repairs with them now. They got it all sorted. They seem very experienced.

These people really know their stuff. They got my laptop up & running again & were able to answer every question i had.

My iPad died. I'm a teacher and I use my iPad for everything. I rang the Mac Centre and the man who answered the phone was so helpful. It was wonderful not having to be passed from phone person to phone person.
They helped identify the problem and gave me some things I could do at home soI would not have to drive into Surry Hills unnecessarily. In the end I had to ring Apple, although the Mac Centre told me what I needed to say. (Basically, he told me the technical things so I didn't have to say 'iPad broke' and then cry hysterically.)
After the call, and Apple's permission to fix the issue, they took my iPad, and replaced it.
Cost me nothing but time.

iPhone 6 started having display issues (flickering, blacking out, red lines) a few weeks ago. I tried trouble shooting with some success it but really started having issues with it just before Christmas holiday season. Couldn't get a Genius bar appointment for a week but heard about the Mac Center (who are licensed Apple repair folk) from the Apple Support page & fellow IT colleagues. I walked in one of the days just before Christmas and got advice. The staff member was knowledgeable, professional, informative and very helpful. Would have been happy to get them to fix the phone but their support depot was closed until the new year so he told me to go to the Genius bar first. Btw his diagnosis of my phone problem was correct! Will be back again and recommending this place to friends & work colleagues.

I have been here a while ago. (Far over a year) to fix my laptop. Long story short. I paid 400$ and after didn't get my data probably recovered. Other companies had done it for 100$ in CBD...Overpriced Scam

The people are kinda snobby, and I had to go there twice for the same issue. Better go to a genius bar

Small with limited range (no screen privacy filters, no thunderbolt->DisplayPort cables), but conveniently located with helpful staff.
