Lots of good cars and great service

I've now put my car in twice with MacArthur Ford and first time I couldn't fault them.. lovely service and quick with the car! So I took my car back there a second time hoping for the same treatment, oh boy was I in for a shock!

Upon arrival the lady at the service desk was lovely but then we were passed over to some kind of "mechanic" who would have been the most condescending person I've ever met! After dealing with his poor attitude for 15 or so minutes he says he'll be in touch within a week or so! We were fine with that! 3 or so days had passed we had just given them a call because we had a few questions and just decided to check up on the progress.. the car hadn't been touched! It'd been sitting there for 3 days untouched! After asking why it'd been sitting for 3 days he avoid the question and was quick to rush us off the phone.

A week passes and he gives us a call with the diagnosis and orders the parts needed and tell us it'd be ready in about a week and half or so!
So yeah I was thinking the entire process since day one was gonna take 2-3 weeks and now it's on it's 4th week and creeping into its 5th. Quite frankly I am so over being told a date and them not delivering! And every time we call asking about my car in greeted by a lovely service desk lady but as soon as I'm passed over to the mechanics I just wanna hang up due to their rudeness and how they make you feel stupid.. literally stupid!

Never never never taking my business this Ford dealer ever again... absolutely ridiculous! I'd honestly give this a zero star rating if I could....

I have visited a couple of different ford service centres around Sydney and I can tolerate a lot when it comes to human error but ford on blaxland takes the cake.

I'm so confident that the staff at FORD on blaxland Rd are from Nova employment (you know the sign on the M5, people with -d-i-s-ability).

They must have a team of apprentice mechanics running the workshop and bunch of special people from nova employment running the office.

I have dealt with Macarthur Ford Campbelltown for a number of years now (over 7yrs), onto my second vehicle which is almost 4 yo. I have never had anything but a positive experience with them. They go out of their way to provide the highest level of customer service when servicing my vehicle. They are so good that I drive 5 hours to have them- and only them- service my Ranger. I tried the local dealership when I moved but was terribly disappointed. You can't beat Darren and his team at Ford Service Campbelltown. Nothing is too much trouble for them.

Furthermore, I bought my Ranger new from the Campbelltown yard. It was a positive experience, treated well, easy transaction and truck was delivered earlier than they estimated. I couldn't ask for more. I will definitely be updating my Ranger through them in the coming years.
