The customer service i have received from Macarthur jeep is discussing..
I am very disappointed as i love my jeep..
I have had nothing but empty promises and unreliable sales staff and service staff.. Would advice anyone interested in jeep to go else where.. They are a great car just go else where.. Once i finish my warranty i will not be returning to this company due to disappinting service..

Don't go to service your car here.

I was a frequent customer and paid an enormous amount of money for service of my jeep wrangler. It came to my attention, that I was being overcharged and they were not servicing my car properly. I have an oil leak atm and a tyre indicater that would not go away.

To add, I received a letter from jeep about a recall on my type of car. I called this place in advance to let them know what the parts were, gave them the recall number and made an appointment. When I got there, they didn't even have the parts. They told me that they'll give me a call and schedule me in as soon as they did but obviously that never happened.

To sum up, if you go to this place you will be doing more harm than good to your car. They're Absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional.

The staff at the front counter are amazing and the place got stuff done unlike other yards I've used in the past. I dr past another dealer to go to here! Nice relief to see an honest and reliable car yard. Thanks guys :)

Macarthur jeep Narellan - rubbish service!
Called service and spoke to Aaron (very bland and monotone - you would think they would have someone answering the phone who is more welcoming and pleasant) so I can book car in for a service and warranty work ( for the second time as the problems were not fixed the first time...)
Wanted to book a Saturday but was told that a courtesy car could not be given - only Mondays to Fridays ..... I said I'd call back.
Called back 10 mins later and spoke to Aaron again and asked to book car in just for the warranty work..... I was then told he could not give me a courtesy car because I was not doing the service as well.
That is just unacceptable. To label their service as rubbish is an understatement.
Good service is the main factor which makes customers come back and buy the brand again ..... well Jeep? NEVER AGAIN!!

Been taking my 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland for the past 3 years due to the quality of their service, and I live in The Hills - over 60km away. Why travel all the way across Sydney? Because I have always received excellent service at a great price. Reading the negative reviews surprised me - my experience has been quite the opposite. Natasha and Sammy are great to deal with and go the extra mile to make sure any issues are addressed. I will continue coming back as long as I have a jeep.

Great service, very friendly and thorough. I have been several times with my Jeep and have never had a problem going there. The ladies at the front are wonderful and courteous, and the service is always done on time. Would highly recommend.

Don't have much more to say than the people who already have had a bad experience with the service department at Macarthur Jeep. Poor customer service, poor communication, poor workmanship and cleanliness is definitely not a requirement (always have more grease marks all over the car when I come to pick up). Was also left with a puncture in my tire today after picking it up on Saturday. They might be just sick of the rubbish build quality of their vehicles but it would be nice if they could pickup in areas that they lack in, i.e. assisting as much as they can.

Poor service department, terrible workman ship, poor customer service, they wrecked my jeep I had to return my vehicle repeatedly after servicing on two occasions the vehicle broke down in forecourt after "fixing" my issue .They are incompetent I feel sorry for the dealer principal

You guys have by far the worse service department , service management and Mechanics I have ever seen

1 repair you guys did put me and my family at risk you guys miss directed a fuel line which broke
2 a repair you guys did car broke down in forecourt
3 repair you guys did car broke down 300 metres from forecourt
4 break down you guys did car broke down next day
