Was misdiagnosed an issue of my car and when I went in to discuss further, a male from the service team was unhelpful and rude. This is the third or fourth time that I have experienced this with him. An older man then explained the issue with me where I understood, but did explain to him that the other male was rude and unprofessional where the younger man denied. I thanked the older man and as I walked out the younger male felt the need to clap as I walked out - yet according to him he is not rude and unprofessional. I walked backed in and questioned the older men as to whether they think that's acceptable behaviour. Where I got the response they can't do anything about it.
I guarantee if I was a 6'2 Male he would not of clapped me out. Appalling.

Avoid Avoid

My girlfriend recently visited this place, she was on her own and just wanting to get an idea of what a new Xtrail would cost and what her trade would be. Her sales guy Oliver was great and she felt comfortable with him. But when she was introduced to the sales manager "Finch" she was told her repayments would be 160-170 per week over 7 seven years for a $34000 car. She thought it was high and when she never committed he told her what if I could do $140 per week. We worked it out that $170 per week could get us a car over $40000. Then he could magically reduce that to $140. Absolutely willing to take advantage of a female on her own.

I visited some weeks ago on a weekend, I was greeted by Salesman David. We quickly established good repore. David established I was a business owner. I was looking at test driving a Navara and trading in my current vehicle. I had researched the Navara and current offer which was a impressive $49990 drive away for ABN buyers (which I am) David quickly confirmed this and the process of valuation and test drive began. Once returning from the drive I was introduced to the sales manager Magic, I beliveve this is how it's pronounced. This is where things quickly went south. I was presented with a Nissan printout of the Navara at over $59000??? He showed me a massive allowance for my trade inc discount. To insult my intelligence like that and present a perceived offer is outrageous. I understood what he was doing but found it morally wrong. I quickly left and purchased elsewhere. What I found strange was a follow up call from David inviting me to visit the good manager on a Thursday or Friday. Strange business!

Customer service is great. They look after your car whilst in being serviced. And do a fantastic job. We bought three cars from Macaurtur Nissan and never was hassled or pushed into a sale. Professional staff all round. From sales to finance and to sevive and parts. Great place to deal with.

I recently visited Macarthur Nissan on my way back from
Liverpool Nissan (which was a complete waste of time!)
After my Liverpool experience, I was very pleased to have been attended to by Fred. The contrast in customer service was amazing. He listened very carefully to my needs, showed me what was available in their range of new X-trails and passed me on to the sales manager for price negotiations.
Although I did not end up purchasing from this dealership due to the price not being quite as competitive as other dealerships, I thought that this review was worthy to make due to the great customer service I received from Fred. You deserve a promototion and pay rise. I would be happy to recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a new or used car.
