Macarthur Square Medical & Dental Centre

Arrived at 2:30pm on Friday afternoon, "5 people were ahead of me". Was told to come back in 45min. Came back at 315pm and waited til after 5pm for a doctor to finally see me.

Terrible customer service and terrible doctors. You wait 5 hours just to see a doctor. The receptionist says it would only take an hour but they lie. Every time you ask them how much longer they say you're next but then 10 people later and you're still waiting. The doctors don't even explain what is wrong or what medication they prescribed. They just had you a piece of paper and say goodbye. They prescribed my son steroids but didn't even let me know what medication it was until the pharmacy told me. The worst doctors clinic ever. I would definitely not recommend going here.

Took the wife here on aTuesday around 11.20am. She was told an hour and a half wait (typical response from receptionist when they dont wont to work). Sat there until 1.30pm and approached counter to get the same robot response "just one more in front of you"
If you like waisting yout time and was to spend a free day out go to this place. 2 doctors working at the practice which is pathetic. Beware go elsewhere.

The receptionists are very rude and unprofessional I've probably spoken one lady there who was friendly. Every time I call asking if there are any appointments available instead of a simple "no sorry the doctors are fully booked out" which I would completely understand I get a "LOOK we're 3 hours behind there's no appointments!" don't appreciate getting yelled at on the phone for asking a question you're hired to answer????

I've been seeing the doctors here for near on 20 years (at it's various location in MacArthur Square, as well as at Campbelltown mall.
As with any practice, times can blow out, and it does get frustrating, especially if you make an appointment and have to wait a couple of hours, other times i've been seen before my appointment time.
Never had an issue with the receptionists or the doctors (i do try and see the same doctor all the time)
If you walk in, and aren't picky, go for a first available, it could just reduce the time you're sitting there waiting. 'Could'

Not sure why they have appointments when still have to wait for just a prescription.
Lovely staff but maybe they need a Nurse practitioner

Great people at the desk but waiting for 2hrs when I was assured no more than an hour at the very worst. If I knew from the start it was a 2hr wait, I would have been happy to leave and come back.

Horrible experience. I've been there three times. Rude receptionist. Doctors dont listen and dont care about patients. Doctors are incompetent there. I will never come back there. I dont recommend this place.

The receptionist there are very rude and arrogant. Its a shame that they lack empathy and good customer service. But my doctor is wonderful, its the only reason i go there.

I have been visiting this surgery since moving to Campbelltown a few years ago. After moving to 3 different locations since, I still attend this practice even if it takes me an hour to get there.
The service provided by the doctors there is always great and they explain everything to me in a way I can best understand.
Dr Lin Nguyen, Dr Huang and Dr Robert Wong are my perferred practitioners and I would like to thank them for their amazing service along with all the other staff there too!

I've been visiting Macarthur Square Medical and Dental for a number of years and have always had excellent service from the staff there.

Even if there has been a wait time to see a doctor, the level of service does not change (which is awesome), The doctors do not rush you when you get in and the receptionists are always well mannered and friendly.

The doctors are very approachable and very thorough when I have visited.

Ive lived out of area for the past year but will not change my GP due to the fact that I believe I could not find better service elsewhere.
