Horrible and unpleasant place.
After a lot of chopping and changing I went with Macquarie as my major financial advisor over 20 years ago because, at the time, it was one of the few that didn't hide its fees in commissions and so was a little more objective. Then there was the clarity of their reports...no games just the facts of your position through a well automated system. Yes, it is expensive but the advice has been consistently sensible getting me through the GFC better than I would have alone or with a major.
