The service is a lot slower than I imagined.
The imaging Centre should've had more staff especially when the number of patients is high on weekdays. Some of the ultrasound tests need a full bladder and waiting for more than an hour with a full bladder is difficult.
Hope they'd look into this and provide faster service to the patients.

They are very slow and gets crowded, and apparently, they don't follow first in first to be attended. So I waited and waited and left when I noticed that I'll be waiting all day.

Very convenient place with friendly staff for both of Cafe and clinic.

Bulk bill for Ultrasound & CT, fast service but sometimes very busy.

We have done first Ultra Sound test from this Imaging center and the service good, but when I booked my wife 12 weeks NT Scan (3 weeks before appointment). The operator has misguided and asked to do Pathology test at different place. When we went for appointment the receptionist said, they do not perform NT Scan and we have waster our time, effort and also we had to redo blood test again at a different imaging center. I have actually called again the imaging center the day before appointment date to understand the procedure and clearly said its NT scan.
