🛑 ANNOUNCEMENT - DISCOUNTED TICKET 🛑🕺🏽💃 As you know, the SPARTAN RACE will be held on the 19th August at Macquarie University Sports Fields, which will see participants take on a 3.5km obstacle course. It will see you crawl under, climb on, jump through, balance on, carry, drag and pull yourself over obstacles 🚨 ‼️
... The MUV RA's have created a team and you're invited to join!! The first 20 residents to join Team CLVMUV, will receive a 50% rebate on the purchase of a ticket, which will be credited to your Village account. Yasssss!!

Hosted by Red Frogs, the MUV Cafe Crawl is an afternoon you don't want to miss!!
Leaving the village at 2pm with one of the RA's and the Red Frogs team, you'll be taken on an adventure of the sweetest kind, hopping between some of Sydney's best cafes and dessert hot spots!
Make sure you come to Admin/Reception to pay your $5 to book your spot- so you don't miss out!
... For $5 you will consume enough sweet delights to satisfy even the sweetest of sweet tooths & make some great mates along the way!!

Time to show off your bowling and laser tag skills!
Get all your mates together or head down solo to meet the RA at reception at 7:30pm. From there we will all walk to Macquarie Shopping Centre, where you can show your Student ID to get unlimited bowling and laser tag for only $10. Make sure to bring your I.D. or passport as it is over 18's only.
You can also buy food and drinks at the venue, as well as smash out the free karaoke rooms.

Everyone knows someone affected by cancer; it’s a sad fact that half of all Australians will be diagnosed with cancer by the age of 85. Thankfully, cancer research has made some extraordinary breakthroughs over the years, and treatments are getting more successful all the time. And it’s through the support of people like you.
So lend a helping hand this Daffodil Day. The Village RAs will be holding a sausage sizzle (vegetarian option included) on the deck to help raise money for the Cancer Council. For anyone coming down there will be a donation tin where you can donate any amount you wish- the smallest amount can make the biggest difference in someones life. All money donated will be given directly to the cancer council.

We place great importance on providing an environment that allows you to live, learn and grow, and to make the most of your university experience.

To end our huge Fresher's week we will be having a party on the deck at admin! Bring your drinks, friends and good vibes and celebrate what will be an amazing semester! There will be the Red Frogs recovery feed beforehand where they will be cooking up some chicken burgers for you, then there will be a DJ on Deck at 8pm!

Tickets are selling fast so get yourselves into Reception today before they all go!

Macquarie Uni Village’s Fresher’s Fest begins with this amazing night in the centre of Sydney at Sidebar! Always a favourite, this night is bound to be huge. Head down down to admin at 7pm to grab a free feed from the Red Frogs then get ready for the buses which will be leaving for Sidebar at 9pm!

... PRICE: $10 will secure your spot on the Bus and get you;
Return Bus transport to/from the Village. The bus departing Village for Sidebar will be leaving at 9pm so be ready at administration by then.There are two return buses back to the Village- one bus at 1:30am and one at 2am FREE entry to Sydney's BIGGEST and BEST student night @ Side Bar FREE drink on arrival
Make sure you head into admin to pick up your ticket at reception before they sell out!!
