Another crazy quick install. Harbour tunnel was closed so took an hour and a half to drive 20km. Arrived at 10 to 5 unloaded carried in and installed 27 bunches in 10 minutes. Our drop n dash system is working incredibly well.

Not allowed to use helium at your venue? No problem for Mad Balloons. All air filled.

Short bump in times? No problem for MAD Balloons. 31 table bouquets, 22 minutes from drive in to drive out :)

Or newest staff member Gertie did her first complete solo job this week. From taking the first call, advising, quoting, designing, building, delivering, and installing. I think she's a keeper.

Classic decor is still so effective. Every person that walked past as we installed at Castle Hill rsl commented on this simple arch. Ready for Aussie sports night tonight.

MAD Balloons is constantly looking for partners around the country to do installations for us. Especially in smaller country towns. We have several national chains, and are pursuing more, that book all their work through us. If you are a professional balloon artist and not already on our list please get in touch. Right now need someone in Bega, Griffith, and Wagga Wagga.

MAD Balloons is hiring! Looking for a fast learner and hard worker. Position would involve all aspects of our business. A lot of it would be inflating and tying balloons, packing orders, cleaning etc though - so it won't be all glitz and glamour. Some flexibility time wise would be great. Currently I can offer about 20 hours a week but for the right person that could grow quickly. We are based in Brookvale. Public transport is not the greatest although the new B-Line buses wi...ll hopefully help with that if someone was on that route. Candidate must be able to drive and be happy to drive a van and ideally also a 3 ton truck which we rent a few times a week for bigger deliveries. So my first post as the new "boss" at MAD Balloons. What a crazy few weeks I have had. If ever you want some excitement in your life - buy a 25 year established business, with all of its own systems, relationships, idiosyncrasies, etc. and then try to learn all of that in a few weeks while still fulfilling all of the customer needs :) The main thing I have learned is how amazing a job David has done with MAD Balloons. The relationships he has built with both customers and the network of balloon artists all over Australia is nothing short of incredible. If I can do half as well I will be very happy with myself. I am excited, nervous and very very tired right now. Looking forward to the future like never before. Thanks David for everything!
