Mad Mex Fresh Mexican Grill

Each naked burrito serving was extremely small in this shop compared to other mad mex's. Disappointing to see drop in service.

Went today for the first time, the manager/server decided to give the entire family the guacamole costing $2 extra each without telling us it was extra, making it seem like it was just part of the normal ingredients. Saw them laughing about it (manager included) after I pointed out the extra charge.

In addition to this, I'll point out the light fixtures above every table made of used beer bottles, only problem was that every one had mould growing inside; just hanging above everyone's head while sitting down for the meal. I have uploaded a photo, probably won't be approved by them, I might send it to the NSW food authority too - disgusting.

Well done Mad Mex Castle Hill, you've lost a customer, 1/5 stars.

Tastes great, reasonable price

Very fast service and food is always the freshest

This is a great place. Great location. Absolutely filthy. If they can't keep the dining room clean I don't want to think of the kitchen and store room. This is long term filth, not 'oh, it's a busy day' kinda dirty. But the food is yummy and lots of healthy choices.

Not bad for fast food Mexican but the prices could be a little better.

It's OK but not as good as Guzman y gomez in terms of food taste. It's moderately overpriced and the staff can be a bit stingy.

Food is good but the tacos I just bought were pretty much empty, three shells 1/4 filled and an inch from both ends. If it wasn't take away I would have taken it back. Had to get some McDonald after that. Don't be so stingy on the fillings guys. Will really question coming back after that.

Large place with lots of seating indoors and out, well decorated with a great vibe and awesome music. Friendly and helpful staff and delicious food, what more can you ask for.

The food is always good, and the service is friendly and efficient.

Lack lustre service from the main guy at the front of the service line, he didn't really care and that flowed down the service line. The menu board is too congested to read, and I paid $14 for a small bowl of mostly rice, beans and lettuce with a tablespoon of meat and cheese plus $7 for a beer. Poor service, over priced. Wont be returning.

Food was a little greasy tasting but the staff were good, the seating a little cramped and loud environment. Good for a catch up meal not family dinner

I'm a regular here and I have to say the food is always spot on. The staff are always polite and friendly and the service is always fast. The food is always fresh and delicious!

Average. Food was slapped together and handed to you in a cardboard bowl....shopping center experience for restaurant prices.

Ever since KFC announced they were feeding their chickens tiny burritos I've been hooked on Mad Mex.
