Our aim is to answer your Facebook messages, emails within 24 hrs, if you have not heard from us after 24 hrs drop us a line. We don’t always receive all notifications on photo comments and because at any one time there is a lot of photos to go through on a daily basis, maybe that is why we have not replied to you.

REFUNDS
Magenta Bella only offer CASH REFUNDS for purchases that are defective or faulty.

For all other issues, including sizing, we will happily accept returns as a STORE CREDIT (valid for 12 months of date of issue).
Contact MUST be made within 24-48 hours of receiving the items stating reason for return then item must be returned within 14 working days.
If return accepted Item MUST be returned with all tags (if any), include any bonus items, attached in original packaging and in unworn condition. PLEASE NOTE: If item is returned without tags or packaging Magenta Bella reserves the right to refuse refund /credit or deduct a repacking fee.

For all other issues except for defective or faulty - a credit will only be given on the purchase price - postage is not included and buyer pays for item to be returned.

Please use clothing measurements provided as your gauge to determine the size best fit if you’re stuck please don’t hesitate to contact us here at magenta bella (magentabella2013@gmail) to work with you to find the best size fit

PACKAGING

To keep prices low and to provide the best value are items are not packaged fancy they are just kept simple.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Many items are delicate so wash accordingly. (Hand wash in cold water or on the delicate cycle in a wash bag in cold water)

POSTAGE

We post all items via Australia post with tracking (Express post can registered post can be arranged at an extra cost).
We are not responsible for items lost in the post through Australia post. With the tracking on postage you will be able to view your item and locate it every step of the way.
