Since joining the Harcourts Group in March 2014, Mahan has contributed to the development of the brand in NSW /ACT, growing by 120% . In 2016, Mahan became the #1 growth manager across 10 countries, opening 14 offices in one year.
Mahan’s focus is quality over quantity, “I don’t believe in growth for growth sake. ” He is passionate about building and maintaining relationships with his clients and wants to know “who our business owners are and what they are looking to achieve within their business. ” He plans to continue to grow the Harcourts network, with an emphasis on recruitment for existing offices.
