Most disgusting service ever got a double and queen underlay and a queen and double quilt cleaned. When I rang around to get quotes I stated that the quilts have two that clipped together so will I be charged at 2 or 4. I received a quote from Maitland Laundry Services for $33 for each quilt and stipulated that they are clipped together whether it was going to be 2 or 4 the lady I spoke to told me that is would be 2 quilts and 2 underlays at $102. Shayde went to pick them up this afternoon and was charge $184 and she asked y it was so dear as I had it written down and was not spoken to nicely. She rang me up crying so I rang them and she told me that I was charged for 4. I explained to the manager I told them when I rang for the quote that they clipped together and was quoted as only 2 she insisted that I wasn't not told that and who did I speak to and I also wasn't spoken to nicely by the lady manager who took the phone off the male manager. I am now getting phone records to say that I did ring them either Thursday or Friday and also rang the Saturday morning and dropped them off. If people are going to quote a price bloody stick by it and make sure you understand what people are requesting...... Grrrrr... Will never use their service again.

Coin operated laundry in conjunction with commercial laundry, has staff on hand if any problems arise with machines. Lots of washers and dryers.
6 kg machine is 5 bucks
per wash which is pretty competitive. Off street parking

Friendly service and good machines, would highly recommend to everyone.
