make stuff happen is a consulting practice specialising in project leadership through collaboration and learning. We support our clients to deliver results. We commonly deal with ‘tricky' problems (and we enjoy them): - alignment between diverse stakeholders- difficult problems- clarity about uncertain futures. We make a habit of turning complex challenges into practical, grounded, results-focussed actions. To do this, we have highly developed capabilities in facilitation, change and learning. We have a rich repertoire of tools and processes for engaging stakeholders in satisfying interactions. We have also trained thousands of people in facilitation and leadership skills through our work as consultant trainers with University of Technology, Sydney since 2005.
