Malaysia Festival (MFest) is the largest Malaysian cultural event in Australia, first held in 1990. For what started off as a mini event on the main walkway of the University of New South Wales, MFest has become more popular as the years go by, gaining an international reputation.

As a non-profit organisation, entirely administered by student volunteers, our committee is elected from engaging student leaders across different Malaysian student associations throughout Sydney.

For the first time, MFest will be held for two days, so get ready to experience double the culture and experience of Malaysia. Our amazing food spread showcases the diversity in Malaysian cuisine, one scrumptious treat at a time. Lay down on the grass and enjoy an entire day of captivating performances.
