Including ASRS for baking products, manufacturing consolidation and closure sites across Australia delivering a $25mil EBIT benefit. - National Engineering Manager - $25mil of capital expenditure across a portfolio of 130 business improvement projects. - General Manager Operations - Greenfield Business and factory build and start-up of a NZ$90mil commodity dairy plant in New Zealand where Michael was responsible for the governance, factory build, operational and logistics set-up, regulatory certifications and staff recruitment, training and operational readiness. This start-up was the first new start-up to achieve profitability in year 1 of operation. - General Manager Operations - Brownfield factory build and start-up of a new NZ$25mil UHT facility in New Zealand. - Plant Manager - Greenfield factory build and start-up in Saudi Arabia where Michael was responsible for the logistics and liquid packaging (Juice and UHT) portfolios (US$40mil) of a 75, 000sqm facility, operational and logistics set-up, and staff recruitment, training and operational readiness. - Project Manager - Scoping and execution of a 24mtr High Bay Automated Storage and Retrieval system for ambient products In Saudi Arabia. - Project Manager - Scoping and execution of US$100mil UHT supply agreement encompassing packaging equipment (8 filling lines over 5 years) and associated material volumes in Saudi Arabia.
