Modified my PC case to fit in a larger graphics card effectively preventing me from needing a new case thus saving me $100+. Not to mention Ben didn't charge a cent for this service.

So incredibly grateful that Ben was able to retrieve all of the data on my broken hard drive, over 7+ years and 1 terabyte worth!! He made sure that I knew he might only be able to retrieve the necessities, but was able to get it all in the end. He was always pleasant and professional. I had a lot of questions that weren't related to my hard drive, yet he was happy to give me advice was very helpful and unexpectedly in depth. I liked that despite other customers coming into the shop, he wouldn't rush with whomever he was already with (but a "I'll be with you as soon as I can" wouldn't hurt :) If I lived in the area I would definitely recommend.
