Manly Seaside Holiday Apartments

Not worth the money. Paid for superior room. It smelt. Toilet broken. No doona cover on king bed. Mould in bathroom. Washing machine leaked. Payed for bayview got side street view. Very disappointed especially the price we paid.

I have stayed several times and in different units. The staff are friendly. The units are clean and much better value than a hotel. It is good to have a unit where you have privacy and can use the kitchen.

We stayed at the Trident Apartments in Dennison St Manly. An absolute disgrace. The receptionist upon booking in was extremely rude with a bad attitude. Also the rules they handout are an insult. The cost of the Apartment is way over priced. No complimentary tea or coffee on arrival. No hairdryer. The exhaust fan in toilet stays on all night and is noisy. They were doing renovations which started at 7.30am then continued all day and were extremely noisy, which we weren't told about when booking this apartment. So much for a quiet couple of days away. No Wi fi?? Come on!! What century are you in?? The lounges are uncomfortable and who has the God given right to charge someone $200 if they accidentally lock their keys in the room?? Thank God we didn't!! You people have no right treating people this way.. We have travelled to a lot of places around the world and stayed in a lot of different apartments. This one along with your rules is by far the worst. Wake up Australia, bullshit will only get you so far!! As an Australian I was ashamed to take my UK family to your apartment. DISGUSTING. Will never go back and will never recommend.
