The Mapleton Hall is held in a private Trust - The Mapleton Hall & Sportsground Trust - and has served the community of Mapleton and surrounds for a century, having been built in 1916. The Hall and Sportsground is one of the area's historic jewels, and has a long heritage of comings and goings - dances, sports events, classes, meetings, group activities and special events - making it a large part of community life in the small mountain top village of Mapleton.
