Very unhelpful. No sample tile. Apparently it would take 3 days to pull out white tiles advertised as a clearance item on there website. Salesman proceeds to tell me there white tiles, they're all the same. I had a sample I needed to match and there not all the same. Yet if i were to purchase them on the website and pick them up they need 3hrs notice to pick the order. Go figure.
Great experience with this company. Ordered some Natural Stone Mosaic tiles online. Customer service from Milad was excellent.
