Maria Chiodo is one of the most well established couture designers in Australia. Her gowns have been worn by many brides and celebrities locally and around the world, she has won some of the most prestigious awards and has appeared on the covers of many fashion magazines in Australia.
When asked to describe her style, Maria puts it thus: Classic, Romantic, Luxurious, with a focus on individuality and quality”. The results are dreamy gowns with finest fabrics and amazing beading detailing, that not only look stunning but also feel amazing once on - often imitated but never equalled.
Maria is an alumni of Australia’s premier fashion design school Fashion Technology, where she graduated with honours. As a testament to her technical skill and reputation, she taught many of Sydney’s aspiring fashion designers before launching her own label over 20 years ago (which now includes a ready-to-wear range).
