My aim in entering the world of essential oils was to make small changes in my everyday life to improve this crazy toxic world I have brought my children into!
I am just an average busy slightly mental working mum trying to substitute chemicals for natural yummy smelling essential oils wherever I can one at a time.
I believe the most successful way to make any positive change in life is to do it gradually so it becomes a way of life not just a chore to add to the list!
